储油罐沉积液中A3钢的电化学腐蚀研究

摘    要:研究了成品煤油储油罐的沉积液对A3钢罐体材料的腐蚀,着重探讨介质酸度和应力对腐蚀速率的影响。在室内模拟加载并调整介质酸度的条件下,通过电化学方法和失重法测得腐蚀速率。结果表明,试样表面存在局部腐蚀现象,若应力超过一定值(96N/mm^2),腐蚀随介质的pH值降低而增大。

Abstract:Cailiao baohu 2001,34(2),08∽ 09(Ch). The sediment liquid corrosion of A3 steel oil storage tank was investigated under simulated conditions by electrochemical polarization method.Emphases were made on the effects of stress and sediment acidity on metal corrosion. lt was shown that there existed a sensitive zone while stress reaching 96 N/mm2; and the corrosion rate obviously increased while pH<4.
