2005年国外钻井液新技术

摘    要:介绍了2005年钻井液技术在新型钻井液、保护油气层技术、防漏堵漏、井壁稳定等方面的新进展。新型钻井液方面介绍了高效水基钻井液、可防止重晶石沉降的INNOVERT钻井液体系、超临界二氧化碳钻井液、甲酸铯盐水高温高压井钻井液和完井液、乳化隔离液等。在保护油气层新技术方面介绍了新一代打开油层钻井液、油基钻井液滤液对气层影响的研究等。在防漏堵漏新技术方面介绍了含有膨胀聚合物颗粒和胶体颗粒的微复合有机/无机胶堵漏剂、可变形的密封剂(MAX_sHIELDTM)、一种新的漏失机理——注水冷却会诱发地层在钻井时发生漏失、交联水泥堵漏剂等。在井壁稳定技术方面介绍了利用分子模型对聚合物稳定页岩的机理进行了解,一种有效的高温高压降滤失剂——新型共聚物Hostadrill4706,预测油基和合成基钻井液密度的模型,降当量循环密度工具等。对振动筛筛网新的API标准等其它钻井液新技术也进行了介绍。

Abstract:This paper introduces the progresses made on drilling fluid technologies such as new drilling fluids, reservoir protection, lost circulation prevention and remedy, and bore hole stabilization in 2005. The new drilling fluids include high performance water base muds, the INNOVERT mud system that can prevent barite from settling, drilling fluids containing supercritical carbon dioxide, cesium formate fluid, and emulsified spacing fluids. In reservoir protection, research work on the new generation drill-in fluids, and the effects of the filtrate of oil base muds on the gas reservoirs, is introduced. In lost circulation prevention and remedy, lost circulation material containing expandable polymers and colloidal particles, a deformable sealing polymer (MAX-SHIELDTM, a new mechanism governing the mud losses-cold water injection may induce mud losses during drilling, and a cross-linked cement LCM are reviewed. In bore hole stabilization, an understanding of bore hole stability mechanism by polymers utilizing molecular model is introduced. Other aspects regarding drilling fluid progresses in this paper are: an HTHP filtrate reducer-Hostadrill4706 (a copolymer), a model to predict the density of oil base muds and synthetic base muds, a tool for reduce ECD, and new API standard for shale shaker screens etc.
