摘    要:将纵向磁场引入到喷射过渡MAG焊接过程,借助高速摄像等手段,详细研究了磁旋弧MAG焊接工艺的熔滴过渡机制和焊接飞溅形成机理.试验结果表明,在外加磁场的作用下,焊接电弧和液流束都偏离焊丝轴线一定角度高速旋转,液流束形态为螺旋状;熔滴过渡偏离了焊丝轴线,但始终在电弧烁亮区内进行,并且熔滴过渡频率提高;在液流束与焊接熔池瞬时短路时以及收弧阶段,易产生飞溅.

Abstract:The non-homogeneous longitudinal magnetic filed is applied to the process of spray transfer.With high speed camera,the mechanics of drop transfer is studied. Also the reason of spatter formation is analyzed.The experimental results show that arc and liquid metal jet are both deviating from the axis of wire in a certain angle and rotating in high speed.Meanwhile,the frequency of drop transfer increased.When the liquid metal jet is shorting out the welding pool,the spatter is formed.
