摘    要:借助LabVIEW图形化、多线程和数据流驱动等诸多优势及Hilbert(希尔伯特)变换良好的正交特性,对探测回声信号进行了有效的解析。如果进一步定义回声信号包络中的瞬时相位及瞬时频率并用Hilbert变换对其进行解调,就能解决噪声、振动信号瞬时特征提取的问题。可以很容易地推广到齿轮、轴承等机械故障诊断应用中。

Abstract:Due to the characteristics of LabVIEW, such as gr ap hical programming, multi-thread and data flow driven, and the outstanding orthog onality of Hilbert Transform, the detected echo signal was effectively extracted . If we further define the instantaneous phase and frequency of the envelope of echo signal and demodulate them with Hilbert Transform, the extraction of the fe ature of noise signal and vibration signal can be solved. This method can be eas ily extended to mechanical fault diagnosis system, such as gears and bearings.
