| Abstract: | According to the misunderstanding of construction enterprises in construction program management,it explores the basic principle in the construction claim of construction enterprises.In the perspective of project program management,it shows how to make construction claim and its detailed operating procedure.Furthermore,it points out that processing construction claim is an important means to guarantee the self benefit of construction enterprises. |
