摘    要:利用光生物反应器对螺旋藻在自然温度和光照条件下的生长进行了研究.结果表明,光照强度、培养温度、培养密度对藻体细胞的生长有极显著的影响.在通气培养条件下,当培养密度较高时,螺旋藻细胞不仅能耐受超高光照强度的照射,而且还可以获得很高的生长速度.

Abstract:The effect of illumination and culture density on the growth of Spirulinaplatensis was investigated in small tubular photobioreactors. The results show that the growthof Spirulina platensis could be affected evidently by the factors of light intensity, culture temperature, and cell density. Under the aerating culture condition and despite high culture density,the microalgal cells not only tolerate illumination of super-high light intensity, but also demonstrate a higher growth speed.
