连续皮带机在深埋盾构隧道施工中的应用研究

摘    要:连续皮带机出土技术在深埋盾构隧道施工中的应用,改善了传统出渣运输方式的不足。为解决皮带机皮带跑偏、溅泥、掉渣、卸料斗堵塞以及皮带打滑等问题,依托莫斯科地铁第三换乘环线东段大直径盾构项目案例,介绍连续皮带机的基本结构、组装要点,并结合施工现场实际工况,分析运行中的主要问题,提出黏土地层中盾构机出渣渣土的改良方法和主要问题的防治措施。

Abstract:The application of continuous belt conveyor excavation technology in the construction of deep shield tunnels has improved the traditional slag transport methods. In order to solve the problems of belt deviation, mud splashing, slag removal, discharge hopper clogging and belt slippage, based on the large-diameter shield project of the east section of the third transfer loop of Moscow Metro, this article introduces the basic structure of the continuous belt conveyor used the main points of the assembly. Combining with the actual working conditions of the construction site and the main problems that occurred in the operation, the improvement method of the shield machine in the clay layer and the prevention and control measures for the main problems in the operation are proposed.
