摘    要:通过在建筑石膏中应用不同类型的缓凝剂进行试验,探讨了缓凝剂对建筑石膏基本性能的影响。研究表明,缓凝剂在掺量较低的条件下可较大幅度延缓建筑石膏凝结时间,同一种缓凝剂随掺量增加其凝结时间延长。试验发现,不同缓凝剂对各种建筑石膏的适应性差别较大。同时,适量的缓凝剂对建筑石膏流动性能有一定改善作用。过量的缓凝剂会损失石膏基材硬化体力学强度,对于大多数的石膏缓凝剂其适宜掺量应控制在0.1%以内。

Abstract:The effects of different plaster retarders on gypsum are studied in this paper. The performance evaluation of these retarders is carried out through comparing the setting time, strength and slump flow of desulfurized gypsum. The results show that the retarder can immensely prolong the initial setting time and final setting time of gypsum while its effects are remarkable and its extension range is expanded with the increasing of dosage. The composite efficient modification retarders have good performance on promoting the slump flow of the gypsum slurry at a certain dosage. Too much retarder can decrease the mechanical properties of gypsum base hardening body. For most gypsum retarders, the suitable dosage should be controlled within 0.1%.
