| 摘 要： | 提出通过二次蒸馏水解返滴定法和衰减全反射(ATR)红外光谱法测试EVA防水板中乙酸乙烯酯含量.结果显示,二次蒸馏水解返滴定法测试不同VA含量的相对标准偏差在2.61％～4.46％之间;ATR红外光谱法中利用1740cm-1(C=O键)吸收峰的吸光度与719cm-1(C-H键)吸收峰的吸光度之比,与二次蒸馏水解返滴定法测...

| Abstract: | The content of vinyl acetate in ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)waterproof board is determined by two-step hydrolysis-back titration method and attenuated total reflection(ATR)infrared spectroscopy.The results suggest that the relative standard deviation of different VA content is between 2.61%and 4.46%by the two-step hydrolysis-back titration method.The standard curve(absorbance ratio-VA content)is drawn with the ratio of the absorbance of 1740 cm-1(C=O bond)absorption peak to that of 719 cm-1(C-H bond)absorption peak in the ATR infrared image and the VA content of the corresponding sample by the two-step hydrolysis-back titration method.And the R2 reaches 0.99.The relative standard deviation of this method is 7%. |
