Abstract:In this paper, the key technologies of in-situ 3D printing construction of the two-story office project are summarized. A large-scale building 3D printer with technical features such as modularity, high precision and multifunction is designed. A special additive suitable for on-site 3D printing construction has been developed. 3D printed concrete with excellent performance and suitable for on-site construction can be prepared at the construction site. A method for placing and connecting vertical reinforced cages of printed buildings is designed, which solves the construction problem of connecting the root nodes and foundations of printed concrete structures. Through material technology and automatic spray curing construction technology, the shrinkage and cracking of ordinary Portland cementbased concrete 3D printed walls are effectively overcome.
