单组分聚氨酯胶的制备及透气型跑道力学性能分析

以聚醚多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)为主要原料制备单组分聚氨酯粘合剂,并与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)颗粒混合制备透气型跑道。研究了聚醚种类对跑道性能的影响,以及胶液与EPDM颗粒配比、EPDM颗粒的含胶量和跑道样块厚度等因素对透气型跑道产品力学性能的影响。结果表明,将聚醚三醇Voranol 2471和聚醚二醇223-060LM(质量比为1∶1)的混合聚醚与异氰酸酯MDI-50反应制备NCO质量分数为7.0%的预聚体作为粘合剂,与含胶量15%的EPDM颗粒按质量比1∶8混合反应制备塑胶跑道材料,且所制备制品底层厚度10 mm、整体厚度为13 mm时,制品的冲击吸收、垂直变形、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率满足新国标GB 36246—2018透气型跑道要求。

Preparation of One-component Polyurethane Adhesive and Mechanical Properties of Breathable Runway

A one-component polyurethane adhesive was prepared with polyether polyol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-50)as raw materials,then it was mixed with EPDM particles to prepare a breathable runway.The effects of polyether types,the ratio of adhesive and EPDM particles,the amount of EPDM particles and the thickness of the runway on the mechanical properties of the breathable runway were studied.The results showed that,when the breathable runnway was produced with adhesive of 7.0%NCO content which prepared using mixed polyether of polyether triol Voranol 2471 and polyether glycol 223-060LM(mass ratio was 1∶1)reacted with isocyanate MDI-50 and EPDM rubber particles of 15%rubber content at the mass ratio of 1∶8,the thickness of bottom lay was 10 mm,the thickness of overall product was 13 mm.The impact absorption,vertical deformation,tensile strength and elongation at break of the product could meet the new national standard GB 36246—2018 breathable runway requirements.
