Preparation and properties of radiation shield concrete with high H element content |

Abstract: | In recent years, the design requirements of radiation shield concrete are higher and higher, and the density grade is no longer required alone. At present, the combined water content of radiation shield concrete is about 4%, mostly dry and hard concrete with small slump and inconvenience of construction, which is difficult to meet the needs of radiation shield concrete for new nuclear facilities. In this paper, the radiation shield concrete with 56d compressive strength > C40, density > 3500 kg/m3, slump (170 ~ 190) mm and H element content > 30 kg/m3 is prepared. At the same time, the effects of temperature, water cement ratio and water consumption on the properties of radiation shield concrete are studied by high temperature treatment and adjusting water cement ratio and water consumption. |
