石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定石英玻璃中痕量铁检出限的探讨

摘    要:以铁元素为例,讨论了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定石英玻璃中痕量元素检出限的空白选择、方法检出限的常见两种测定方法和计算依据,以及样品检出限的计算与表示.一个月内,不同时间段,分五次测定至少20个样品空白,所得检出限为真实的方法检出限,可作为日常分析使用.结果表明,增加进样量和使用新的石墨管可以提高灵敏度.

Abstract:Taking iron as example,two commonly used methods and the calculation basis are discussed to determine the method detection limit of trace elements in quartz glass by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry,the blank selection and the calculation and representation of sample detection limit are discussed too.Within one month,at least 20 sample blanks are determined in five different time periods.The detection limit is real method detection limit and can be used as a daily analysis.The experimental results show that the method detection limit can be improved effectively by increasing the injection or using the new graphite tube.
