摘    要:随着BIM 技术在我国的普及,发展较快的地区BIM 应用已取得显著成效,但包括甘肃省在内的发展缓慢的地区应用效果并不理想。运用文献综述法,以建筑企业视角提出影响甘肃省BIM 应用的障碍因素,从技术、组织、经济和环境等维度进行归纳总结。运用AHP-WINGS 综合模型找到影响BIM 应用的关键障碍因素,基于这些关键因素提出了甘肃省建筑企业BIM 推广应用的优化路径。

Abstract:With the popularization of BIM Technology in China,the application of BIM in rapidly developing areas has achieved remarkable results. However,the application effect in areas with slow development,including Gansu Province,is not ideal. Using the method of literature review,from the perspective of construction enterprises,this paper puts forward the obstacle factors that affect the application of BIM in Gansu Province,and summarizes it from the dimensions of technology,organization,economy,and environment. The AHP-WINGS comprehensive model is used to find the key obstacle factors that affect the application of BIM. Based on the key factors,the optimization path of BIM application in Gansu construction enterprises is proposed.
