摘    要:对3片钢筋混凝土剪力墙试件进行低周往复加载试验,其中1片为现浇剪力墙试件,其余2片为竖向钢筋采用不同连接方法的装配式剪力墙试件。结果表明:装配式剪力墙试件与现浇剪力墙试件相比,其破坏模式有所区别,现浇剪力墙试件表现为弯剪破坏,其余2片装配式剪力墙试件表现为弯曲破坏;采用镀锌波纹管浆锚搭接和采用U型套箍搭接的连接方式传递钢筋应力效果良好,且采用这两种连接方式的试件的位移延性系数和承载力比现浇剪力墙试件更高,刚度和现浇剪力墙试件相当,但耗能能力低于现浇剪力墙试件;基于试验数据,对装配式剪力墙的进一步研究提出了建议,同时通过ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析并对试验结果进行验证,有限元模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:Three pieces of reinforced concrete shear wall specimens were subjected to low-cycle reciprocating loading tests, among which one piece was cast-in-place shear wall specimen and the other two pieces were fabricated shear wall specimens with different connecting methods for vertical reinforcements. The results show that the failure modes of the fabricated shear wall specimens are different from those of the fabricated shear wall specimens. The cast-in-place shear wall specimens show flexural shear failure, while the other two pieces of the fabricated shear wall specimens show flexural failure. The use of galvanized corrugated pipe slurry anchor overlap and the use of U-shaped hoop overlap method to transfer the stress of reinforcement are effective. Moreover, the displacement ductility coefficient and bearing capacity of the specimens using these two connection methods are higher than those of the cast-in-place shear wall specimens. The stiffness is similar to that of the cast-in-place shear wall specimens, but the energy dissipation capacity is lower than that of the cast-in-place shear wall specimens. Based on the test data, suggestions were proposed for further study of the fabricated shear wall. At the same time, finite element analysis was carried out by ABAQUS software and the test results were verified. The finite element simulation results were basically consistent with the test results.
