摘    要:装配式轨道交通工程预制构件具有精度要求高、异形结构多、单体规模大的特点,传统生产管理方法的信息传递和工作协同效率较低,常引起预制构件生产过程中错误率高、效益低下、管理困难等问题。为此,将BIM+数字孪生技术应用于装配式城市轨道交通工程预制构件生产管理,研究其内在机理,以实现实体生产与虚拟施工的信息交互,对构件生产进行动态管理,解决生产全过程的组织协调困难问题。运用AHP-模糊综合评价方法构建效益模糊评价模型,对该方法实施后的经济效益、社会效益等指标进行综合评价,结果表明,该技术应用后各项效益指标明显高于传统管理方式,综合效益显著。

Abstract:Prefabricated components of prefabricated rail transit engineering have the characteristics of high precision,many special-shaped structures and large-scale monomer. Traditional production management methods have low efficiency of information transmission and work cooperation,which often lead to high error rate,low efficiency and management difficulties in the production process of prefabricated components. Therefore,this paper applies BIM + Digital twin technology to prefabricated urban rail transit project production management,studies its internal mechanism,so as to realize the information interaction between entity production and virtual construction,dynamically manage component production,and solve the problem of organization and coordination in the whole production process. This paper uses AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the benefit fuzzy evaluation model,and comprehensively evaluates the economic benefit,social benefit and other indicators after the implementation of this method. The results show that after the application of this technology,the benefit indicators are significantly higher than the traditional management mode,and the comprehensive benefit is significant.
