Abstract:Antimony tin oxide(ATO)had good infrared barrier properties,which was an ideal transparent thermal insulation material.ATO was directly dispersed into the isocyanate,then prepolymer containing ATO was prepared with polyether glycol and catalyst,finally the ATO/PU composite thermal insulation material was prepared by the chain extender.In this paper,the dispersion stability of ATO in the prepolymer,the basic physical properties and thermal insulation properties of ATO/PU composite insulation materials were discussed.The results showed that the settling velocity of ATO with 32.9μm partical size was 4.84×10-9 m/s in the prepolymer of 57.86 Pa·s viscosity,and ATO could be stably dispersed in the prepolymer.The tensile strength of ATO/PU composite insulation material was 26.8 MPa,when the ATO content was 0.097%of the mass of the ATO/PU composite insulation material.The visible light transmittance at 400~800 nm and the near infrared light transmittance at 800~2500 nm were 68.02%and 27.06%,respectively.Compared with PU0 which was without ATO particles,the temperature difference of insulation of the ATO/PU composite was 14℃and had excellent heat insulation effect.
