摘    要:上海作为典型软土地区,土层呈流塑状,力学性能较差,压缩性大,不利于基坑稳定和围护变形控制。被动区加固作为控制围护变形的方法之一被普遍使用。然而,开挖后部分基坑出现了实测结果与理论计算完全相反的情况。本文以软土地区某社区深基坑工程项目为背景,分析了这一反常工程现象的原因,采用数值模拟的方法研究被动区不同成桩质量下围护桩的变形情况。

Abstract:As a typical soft soil area, the soil layer in Shanghai is fluid plastic, with poor mechanical properties and high compressibility, which is not conducive to the stability of foundation pit and the control of retaining deformation. The passive zone reinforcement is commonly used as one of the methods to control enclosure deformation. However, the measured results of some foundation pits are completely opposite to the theoretical calculation after the excavation. Based on the deep foundation pit project of a community in soft soil area, this paper analyzes the causes of this abnormal engineering phenomenon, and uses the numerical simulation method to study the deformation of retaining pile under different pile quality in passive area.
