摘    要:东南国际航运中心总部大厦B座中庭幕墙立面尺寸约为25.0m×71.1m。幕墙立面以7层楼板为界,7层楼板标高以下垂直于地面,7层楼板标高以上向外倾斜,立面玻璃每层向室外偏移760mm。针对类似高大幕墙,分析常见支撑结构体系的优缺点,并在此基础上提出张弦梁与鱼腹式索桁架组合支撑体系。该中庭幕墙竖向承重体系为张弦梁结构,水平向抗侧结构为自平衡鱼腹式索桁架,张弦梁与鱼腹式索桁架通过竖向龙骨连为一体,以限制竖向承载结构和水平向抗侧结构绕自身中心轴旋转。张弦梁与鱼腹式索桁架组合支撑体系设计时存在的重点和难点是:稳定结构体系的建立、合理背索索力的确定、背索转折处鱼腹式索桁架加强措施和幕墙支撑体系与主体结构的连接方式。力学性能分析结果及工程实践表明:该体系具有较好的结构刚度,索力自平衡,且建筑效果简洁、通透。

Abstract:The elevation size of atrium curtain wall in Southeast International Shipping Center Headquarters Building B is about 25.0 m×71.1 m. The facade of the curtain wall is bounded by 7-story floor slabs, which are perpendicular to the ground below the 7-story floor elevation, and slope outwards above the 7-story floor elevation, and each layer of facade glass is offset 760 mm to the outside. Aiming at the similar tall curtain wall, the advantages and disadvantages of the common supporting structural system were analyzed, and on this basis, the combined supporting system of beam string structure and fish-belly shaped cable truss was proposed. The vertical load-bearing system of the atrium curtain wall is a chord beam structure, the horizontal anti-side structure is a self-balancing fish-belly shaped cable truss, and the chord beam and the fish-belly shaped cable truss are connected as one through the vertical keel, so as to limit the vertical load-bearing structure and the horizontal anti-side structure to rotate around its central axis. The key points and difficulties in the design of the combined support system of the beam string structure and the fish-belly shaped cable truss were as follows: the establishment of the stable structural system, the determination of the reasonable back cable force, the strengthening measures of the fish-belly shaped cable truss at the turn of the back cable, and the connection mode between the curtain wall support system and the main structure. The results of mechanical performance analysis and engineering practice show that the system has good structural stiffness, self-balance of cable forces, and simple and transparent architectural effect.
