Abstract:Polyurethane microcellular elastomers were prepared with polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG),polyether triol EP-330N,4,4′-diphenylmenthane diisocyanante(MDI),liquefied MDI,trimethylolpropane(TMP),ethylene glycol(EG),catalyst A33 and water by prepolymerization method.The effects of polyether PTMG/EP-330N ratio,chain extender/crosslinking agent ratio in A-component and NCO content of B-component on the material properties were investigated.The properties of the vibration damping pads prepared with polyurethane micro-cellular elastic materials and existing foamed rubber material were compared.The results showed that the mechanical strength,compressive properties and oil resistance of the material could be improved when the content of EP-330N,TMP or the content of NCO group increased properly.The polyurethane vibration damping pad had better anti-fatigue performance.
