基于物元模型的绿色营房工程项目管理评价

摘    要:为促进我军军事设施建设项目绿色管理,适应全面建设现代后勤要求,从分析绿色营房工程项目管理影响因素出发,构建了绿色营房工程项目管理综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各级评价指标权重。通过物元模型与量化的指标因素进行综合分析,结合量化计算得到的结果确定绿色营房工程项目管理评价等级高低,根据评价指标关联度分析该项目各指标情况。并通过某营房工程项目管理案例验证了方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:To promote the green management of our military housing projects,we must meet the requirements of building modem logistics in a comprehensive way.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the project management of green barracks,the comprehensive evaluation index system for green barracks project management is constructed,and the weights of the evaluation indexes at different levels are determined based on the analytic hierarchy process.Then,through a comprehensive analysis of the matter element model and quantified index factors,this study determines the evaluation level of the project management of green barracks project by combining with the results obtained by quantitative calculation.The indexes of the project are analyzed according to the correlation degree of the evaluation index.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by a case of barrack projects,which can provide references for promoting the management of green barracks project in our army.
