摘    要:尺寸效应是土木工程领域研究的重要课题.随着3D打印技术的广泛应用,了解3D打印试件的尺寸效应十分重要.本文通过五种尺寸的3D打印石膏立方体试件的单轴抗压试验研究3D打印石膏试件的尺寸效应,结果显示,3D打印石膏试件抗压强度随尺寸增大而降低,不同尺寸试件具有相似的破坏模式,但由于粘结点个数和位置具有一定的随机性,导致小尺...

Abstract:Size eff ect is an important subject in the fi eld of civil engineering. With the wide application of 3D printing technology, it is important to understand the size effect of 3D printed specimens. In this paper, the size effect of 3D printed plaster specimens is studied through uniaxial compression tests on 3D printed plaster cubic specimens in fi ve sizes. The study results show that the compressive strength of 3D printed plaster specimens decreases with increasing size, and diff erent sizes of specimens have similar failure modes. But the compressive strength of small-sized specimens is more discrete because of the randomness of the number and location of bonding points.
