摘    要:为了制备复杂结构水泥基材料构件或艺术品,本文采用三维喷印工艺成型了硫铝酸盐水泥材料制品.首先,使用纳米SiO2作为表面改性剂,利用石英砂和滑石粉调节粉末铺展性能,通过聚乙烯醇提高粉体粘结性能;其次,研究了不同含量的纳米SiO2和石英砂对硫铝酸盐水泥材料力学性能和微观形貌的影响规律;最后,探究了不同后处理液对于三维喷印成...

Abstract:In order to prepare the cement-based material components or artwork with complex structure, the sulphoaluminate cement material products are formed by three-dimensional printing process. Firstly, nano-SiO2 is used as the surface modifier, quartz sand and talcum powder are used to regulate the spreading performance of the powder, the bonding performance of the powder is improved by polyvinyl alcohol. Secondly, the effects of nano-SiO2 and quartz sand with different contents on mechanical properties and microstructure of sulphoaluminate cement materials are studied. Finally, the strengthening effects of different post-treatment fluids on cement samples are investigated. The results shows that the 7d compressive strength of the printed samples reached 8.75 MPa when the content of nano-SiO2 is 0.5 wt.% and the content of quartz sand is 20 wt.%. The concrete curing agent treatment solution has the best strengthening effect on the printed samples, and the compressive strength can be increased to 15.11 MPa.
