摘    要:夏热冬冷地区是非集中采暖地区,其节能改造工作多样复杂,为更科学地对改造效果进行客观评价,梳理了该地区228个节能改造项目的改造措施以及影响因素,构建其既有公共建筑节能改造的评价指标体系。采用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法综合计算指标权重,考虑传统研究方法模糊性和随机性的局限,利用云模型实现定性与定量之间的转换特征,建立基于云模型的数学评价模型,结合重庆市典型案例,对其改造效果、改造措施及社会经济效益进行综合评价,并为夏热冬冷地区的既有公共建筑节能改造提供决策参考。

Abstract:The hot summer and the cold-winter zone is not the central heating zone,and its transformation work is complicated.To make a more scientific and objective performance evaluation for energy-saving renovation,this paper reviews the renovation measures and influencing factors of 228 energy-saving renovation projects in the region,and constructs a performance evaluation index system for the energy-saving renovation of existing public buildings.This study uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method to calculate index weight,investigates the limitations of traditional research methods the fuzziness and randomness,exploits cloud model to realize the transformation between qualitative and quantitative characteristics,and sets up the mathematical evaluation model based on cloud model.Combined with the typical cases in Chongqing,this paper comprehensively evaluates the transformation performance,transformation measures and economic results in society,and provides a decision-making reference for the energy saving transformation of existing public buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone.
