摘    要:以石粉部分取代混凝土中的胶凝材料,研究石粉取代量为0, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%时的机制砂混凝土性能,测试混凝土抗压强度、抗硫酸盐侵蚀、碳化深度、抗氯离子扩散系数等性能指标。结果显示,当水胶比、石粉细度固定时,混凝土性能随石粉取代量增加而降低;当石粉取代胶材量为15%、石粉细度为30%、水胶比为0.5时,28d抗压强度大于34.5MPa。

Abstract:The cementitious materials in concrete are partially replaced by stone powder and the properties of machinemade sand concrete are studied when the replacement amount of stone powder is 0,10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%. The performance indexes of concrete such as compressive strength, sulfate corrosion resistance, carbonation depth and chloride ion diffusion coefficient are tested. The results show that when the water binder ratio and the fineness of stone powder are fixed, the performance of concrete decreases with the increase of stone powder substitution. When the amount of stone powder replacing cementitious material is 15%, the fineness of stone powder is 30% and the water binder ratio is 0.5, and the 28d compressive strength is greater than 34.5 MPa.
