摘    要:通过土建与机电安装模型的搭建,解决各专业的碰撞问题,完善机电安装各专业协同优化。利用BIM模块化插件完成管线拆分、形成信息编码及管段标注,导出施工平面图。通过异形件附加码信息传递,实现整个风管系统预制、运输、拼装等环节的验收及交接状态追踪。现场安装采用地面组装,并由升降平台抬到施工高度,进行高空拼接、固定机电管线的整体安装工作。

Discussion on installation construction technology of prefabricated air duct based on BIM
Abstract:Through the construction of civil engineering and mechanical and electrical installation model, the collision problem of various specialties is solved, and the collaborative optimization of each specialty of mechanical and electrical installation is improved. The pipeline splitting, information coding and pipe section marking are completed by using BIM modular plug-in, and the construction plan is derived. Through the information transmission of special-shaped parts additional code, the acceptance and handover status tracking of the whole air duct system in prefabrication, transportation and assembly are realized. The site installation adopts ground assembly, and staff are lifted from the lifting platform to the construction height to conduct high-altitude splicing and fixation, and complete the overall installation of mechanical and electrical pipelines.
