摘    要:15XYG45—(3)碱性蓄电池组通过采用处理铜丝编网代替银丝编网作负极板骨架,减少正极物质量和聚乙烯接技膜代替一层再生纤维素膜,可使其性能接近或保持原有的技术水平,且电池银材消耗减少,成本降低。

Abstract:In 15XYG45-(3) alkaline storage batteries,the treated copper wire branch was used instead of silver wire branch as the collector of the negative plate. The quantity of the silver powder of the positive electrode was reduced and a piece of hydrate-cellulose film was replaced by a piece of graft polyetheylene film. The above techniques used could approach and maintain the original technical level of the same type of the battery and fully satisfied the technical requirement of the service on the aircraft for ] 2 months. This techniques could remarkably reduce consumption of silver and cut down the production cost.
