盾构模拟试验平台液压推进系统设计

摘    要:针对盾构模拟试验平台的功能要求设计了液压推进系统,对液压推进系统主要参数进行了设计计算,详细分析了液压推进系统的工作原理及其控制策略,并对推进系统进行了初步仿真分析。结果表明:设计的液压推进系统是可靠的,采用比例力和位置复合控制策略能够较好地实现对推进力和位移的控制。

Abstract:Design and computation were carried out for the main parameters of hydraulic thrust system of shield simulated test platform aimed at its functional requirements.Working principle and control strategy of hydraulic thrust system were analyzed.Simulation analysis of thrust pressure was also done.The results show that the designed hydraulic thrust system is reliable,thrust pressure and thrust displacement are also controlled by the proportional pressure and displacement compound control strategy.
