大学精神与高职院校学生管理依存性判析

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,以及人们对于接受高等教育的迫切要求,大量高职院校应运而生,并迅速扩大,一些院校不断在规模、质量和效益上取得进步,培养的学生供不应求,但也有一些院校培养的学生无人问津,学校在一步步走向衰退。可以说高职院校的发展良莠不齐,这其中高职院校的大学精神对学校的发展和学生的培养尤为重要,文章着重探讨高职院校大学精神与学生管理的依存性。
