X100管线钢应变时效行为研究

摘    要:通过不同温度和预应变量下X100管线钢的应变时效试验,对比了应变时效前后X100管线钢力学性能和显微组织的变化,研究了应变时效对X100管线钢力学性能和金相组织的影响。研究结果表明,应变时效可使X100管线钢的强度、屈强比和韧脆转变温度升高;应变时效对X100管线钢纵向力学性能的影响比横向大;应变时效可使X100管线钢组织细化,并且随着应变量的增大,加剧了应变时效的影响。

Abstract:Through strain aging test of X100 pipeline steel under different temperature and pre-strain, it compared the changes of mechanical properties and microstructure before and after strain aging, and studied the influence of strain aging on X100 pipeline steel mechanical properties and microstructure. The results showed that strain aging can make strength, yield ratio and ductile-brittle transition temperature rise; the influence on longitudinal mechanical properties of X100 pipeline steel is greater than that of transverse; strain aging can refine X100 pipeline steel structure. With strin increasing, it intensifies the influence on strain aging.
