摘    要:目前绝大多数的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)波的仿真仍采用模拟方式实现。为了便于数字化控制系统中SPWM波的仿真,在此基于SPWM波的产生机理,在PSIM仿真环境下,结合VISUAL C++开发了纯数字实现的SPWM波通用仿真模型。利用该模型,可以任意仿真不同载波频率,调制波频率,死区时间及调制比下的双极性SPWM波。最后,以全桥逆变电路中常见的死区效应分析为例,利用该模型搭建仿真电路进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明了该模型的正确性和合理性。

Abstract:The simulation of the majority sinusoidal pulse-width modulation (SPWM) waveform is implemented in analog mode at present. For convenience of SPWM waveform simulation in digital control system, a versatile simulation model implemented with pure digit for SPWM wave is developed in PSIM simulation environment based on the generation mechanism of SPWM waveform. By the model, the bipolar SPWM waveform can be simulated arbitrarily at any different carrier frequency, modulating frequency, dead time and modulation ratio, taking the analysis of common dead time effect in FB DC-AC circuit for example, a simulation circuit built with this model is utilized for analysis. The simulation results show the correctness and rationality of the model.
