| 摘 要： | 简单分析了我国钢管企业标识钢管的现状。为了解决生产过程中钢管标识重号、错号的问题，开发了条形码技术。结合钢管生产企业计算机信息管理系统，成功将条形码技术应用于钢管生产过程，实现了全生产过程管号等信息的自动采集录入，提高了工作效率，降低了生产成本。

| Abstract: | Current situation of pipe marking by China steel pipe enterprise briefly analyzed.The bar code technology has been developed in order to solve problem of pipe No.repeating and wrong pipe number in pipe manufacturing during production.Combining computer information control system of pipe manufacturer,the bar code technology is successfully applied into pipe production process and realizes automatic collection and input of pipe number and other information for whole production process,and increases working efficiency while reduces production cost. |
