| 摘 要： | 根据电火花线切割加工过程的复杂性和随机性，在样本数据的基础上采用径向基函数(RBF)神经网络建立，实现在指定加工条件下的工艺效果预测，并进一步建立电火花线切割加工的优化模型和工艺效果仿真系统。

| Abstract: | Because of the complexity and stochastic nature of WEDM ,a Radial Basic Function(RBF) neural network model was proposed to describe WEDM process. The model can predicate result under specified machining condition. Furthermore, by a parameters optimization model, an optimizating system of WEDM has been established based on both RBF model and process database. |
