不同弹性面料运动胸衣的衣身平衡分析

选取6种不同组织结构和成分的针织面料,对这6种织物做常规性能测试,并对这6种织物做定负荷拉伸弹性测试;再通过立体裁剪获取不同弹性织物运动胸衣的基本型,对立体裁剪获取纸样衣身浮余量做对比,结合弹性测试结果分析不同弹性面料衣身浮余量的变化规律,分析前后衣身结构如何能够达到平衡.通过研究对运动胸衣这一服装品种的实际生产提供一些理论参考.

Garment Pattern Balance Analysis of Sports Bra of Different Elastic Fabrics

Six knitted fabrics of different organizational structure and composition are selected to test their conventional performances and constant load stretch strength. The prototypes of sports bras of different elastic fabrics are obtained by means of draping cutting,and the surplus between the bras and the body are contrasted. With regard to the elastic test results, the paper analyzes how the surplus changes with the different fabrics,and how to achieve a balance between front and back structures of a bra. This study provides theoretical references for the practical production of sports bra.
