| Abstract: | With the characteristics of high-level tale nt competition and factors influencing the mobility of high-level talents analyzed,the paper tries to find out problems so as to explore a way of talent introduction which is in accordance with the features of local colleges and universities. The study is of great importance to propel the implementation of the strategy of strengthening a college through talents and to enhance the core competitiveness of local colleges and universities. |
