| 摘 要： | 针对农电系统中存在的分散抄表工作量大及电费集中核算困难的现实情况,提出了在县电业局与乡供电所之间通过Modem实现抄表数据低成本远程传输的方案,从而解决了由于通信和交通不便而导致的农电抄核收周期较长的问题.实践证明,该方案已经在华北、东北和华南地区的多个县电业局中成功运用,使用效果良好.

| Abstract: | Considering the current difficulty of individual meter-reading and collective electrical ill calculation in rural electrical systems,a method of remote meter-reading transmission between nty-level electrical bureaus and township electrical agency by using modem communication tech-nology is proposed.As a result,the problem that meter-reading,calculating and charging cycle of rural electrical system is prolonged because of traffic and communication inconvenience is solved.The method is working well in county-level electrical bureaus in north,northeast and south of China,and has proved effective. |
