基于51单片机的油矿测控系统硬件设计

摘    要:
某油矿由于历史原因,在原油开采和传输技术等方面存在不足。针对该油矿的现状及特点,利用Protel DXP以及Multisim对直流稳压电源模块、主要控制模块、AD转换模块、无线数传接口模块、输出控制模块、无线传输模块等模块进行了仿真研究,最后完成了系统硬件电路的总体设计,达到降低生产成本,减少损耗,延长抽油机寿命的目的。实验测试表明,系统整体符合设计要求,可以满足工程需要。更多还原

Abstract:
Owing to historical reasons,there exist some aspects in an oilfield,which cannot make people very satisfied in crude oil exploitation and transmission.According to the status and characteristics of the oilfield,by using Protel DXP and Multisim,the hardware part of the system including the DC stabilized voltage power supply module,main control module,AD conversion module,wireless digital interface module,output control module and wireless transmission module is well researched simulatively,and the design of the hardware part of the system is completed,so as to reduce production costs,reduce losses,and prolong the service life of the pumping.The experiment results exhibit that the whole system is not only in accordance with the design requirement,but can meet the engineering needs.
