苗尾水电站高含水率心墙防渗土料碾压试验研究

摘    要:土质心墙堆石坝作为目前水电站设计的主要坝型之一,其上坝的心墙防渗土料的各项物理力学参数能否满足要求是设计上首先要解决的问题。苗尾寨土料场作为苗尾水电站的主料场,勘察阶段室内试验成果表明其天然含水率高于最优含水率5%~8%,故需通过碾压试验研究其不经翻晒直接上坝的可能性。通过现场碾压试验研究及调整击实试验制样过程后,试验结果表明上坝土料的含水率基本上满足规范要求,苗尾寨土料场土料可直接上坝。同时提出的苗尾寨土料场砾质土心墙防渗料的压实度控制标准可供设计参考。更多还原

Abstract:The rock-fill dam with earth core wall is one of the main dam types for the design of hydroelectric station at present.Whether the physical and mechanical parameters for the impervious earth material of its core wall could meet the requirements or not is the first problem of the design to be solved.Miaoweizhai soil field is the main material field of Miaowei Hydropower Station,the indoor tests results show that the natural moisture content is higher than the optimum moisture content by 5% to 8%,so the possibility of directly using on the dam without drying would be studied through the rolling tests.By using the field rolling tests to research and adjust the compaction test sample preparation process,the test results indicate that the moisture content of the dam earth material would basically meet the requirements of the code,and the soil material of Miaoweizhai field could be directly used on the dam.Simultaneously,the control standard of the compaction degree about the impervious earth material of the gravelly soil core wall in Miaoweizhai earth field is proposed here so as to provide references for the design.
