| 摘 要： | 能源是人类社会得以存在和发展的基础,是国民经济发展的命脉。以分析北京市能源现状为出发点,从能源供应安全、能源结构评价、能源环境安全、能源经济安全四个方面考虑,建立了北京市能源安全评价指标体系,采用AHP层次分析法纵向将北京市与其他各省区2007年的能源安全状况进行对比评价,横向评价北京市2003～2007年的能源安全发展趋势,从而得出北京市应重点提高能源供应安全、优化能源结构的结论,并根据所得结论提出加强北京市能源安全的优化方案。

| Abstract: | Energy is the foundation of human society to exist and the lifeblood of country＇economic to develop.Based on the status of Beijing＇s energy resources,It is considered from four evaluation objectives,i.e.energy-supply security,energy-structure evaluation,energy-environment security,energy-economy security.It established the indictators system of Beijing energy security evaluation,used AHP to evaluate the energy security situation of Beijing with other provinces in 2007 and concludes that Beijing should pay more attention to strengthen energy supply and optimize energy structure.According to the conclusion,it put forward proposals to ensure Beijing be safe in enery source. |
