| Abstract: | This paper presents a method of measuring fuel concentration in a non-evaporating diesel spray by means of laser shadowgraphic and image processing technique. Its principle, advantage, limitation and concerning problems in measurement are explored and discussed. Quantitative result useful to diesel spray modeling and combustion research is obtained. |
