摘    要:研究了以异丙苯为原料采用脱氢方法制备α 甲基苯乙烯(α MS)的工艺。在脱氢装置上对国内的几种脱氢催化剂进行评价与筛选,考察了工艺条件以及温度、空速、水油体积比对催化剂活性的影响,并利用正交设计法确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,采用脱氢法制备α 甲基苯乙烯,其单程转化率可达75%左右,选择性95%左右,产品总收率64%,精馏后产品纯度可达99%以上。

Abstract:A method for the preparation of alpha methyl styrene(AMS) from cumene by catalytic dehydrogenation is described Dehydrogenation catalysts of domestic origin were evaluated and compared Under optimum conditions,the single pass conversion of AMS is up to 75%,with a selectivity of 95%,and a yield of 64%;the distillated product purity is 99%
