玻璃表面TiO2薄膜的制备及其光催化活性研究

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为先驱体,采用浸渍提拉法在玻璃基片上制备了具有光催化活性的TiO2薄膜。对玻璃片进行预处理,使玻璃近表面区的碱金属贫化,由此可提高TiO2的光分解效率。用DTA、XRD和SEM等方面研究了薄膜的形成和结构。结果表明:在此外光照射下,TiO2薄对醋酸具有较高的光催化分解能力。

Abstract:The photocatalytic TiO 2 film on common glass has been made from Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 precursor by dip-coating. The photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 film on glass can be increased by depleting alkali metal oxides from the glass. The preparation and structure of the film have been studied by DTA, XRD and SEM etc. The results indicate that TiO 2 film has better photocatalytic decomposition effects on acetic acid.
