摘    要:采用信息熵建立了基于现场数据的汽车零部件可靠性计算方法,并通过VB编程实现.分析了传统方法的苛刻要求及计算的不精确.讨论了信息熵计算标准差的方法、正态分布可靠度的计算方法、等效正态变换的方法.结论为:本方法可以克服传统方法的苛刻要求;本方法的计算结果更接近真实值;将强度对数正态分布转换为等效正态分布,具有广泛的普遍性.

Abstract:In this study, the reliable calculation is postulated using information entropy and on-site data, and further programmed using Visual BasicTM. Pertaining to constriction and inaccuracy of traditional calculation methods, such novel methods as standard difference of information entropy, normal distribution of reliability and equivalent normal transition are employed. To this end, the logarithm normal distribution is transformed to equivalent normal distribution in terms of strength. It can be found that this approach possesses fewer constraints and higher accuracy than the traditional calculation methods.
