电流变阀外置的汽车减振器阻尼特性分析

摘    要:阐述了以电流变技术为基础的电流变阀外置的双筒液力汽车减振器的工作原理,建立了它的理论模型。提出了以国产电流变液体为基础,利用电流变阀的机械结构设计,来获得满足汽车工程实际需要的电致阻尼力变化范围的观点。对新型电流变液体汽车减振器进行了示功试验,对其阻尼特性进行了分析研究,为新型电流变液体汽车减振器的实用化奠定了基础。

Abstract:The working principles of a new electrorheological shock absorber developed on the basis of electrorheological technology are explained and a theoretical model for the new ERF shock absorber is set up. Based on national electrorheological fluid, the changing range of needed damping force is acquired through the structure design of electrorheological valves. Experiments are made to support the theoretical studies. This model is available for the application of the new automobile fluid shock absorber.
