植物乳杆菌耐受口腔不良环境及其抑菌特性研究

摘    要:拟利用前期已经筛选出的可以抑制变异链球菌的植物乳杆菌,研究了能抑制变异链球菌的植物乳杆菌在口腔应用方面的特性的研究。本研究测定了植物乳杆菌对溶菌酶、抗生素、盐和酸的耐受性,测定了五株植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum,L.plantarum)K25、SKT109、YW3-2、YW5-1和YW1-1的自聚集能力以及分别与变异链球菌的共聚集能力,以及研究了添加植物乳杆菌对变异链球菌自聚集能力和产胞外多糖的影响。结果表明,五株植物乳杆菌对溶菌酶都有一定耐受性,远高于人体口腔唾液的溶菌酶浓度(157μg/m L)。五株植物乳杆菌对酸和盐也有一定的耐受性。L.plantarum YW5-1对抗生素的耐受性较强。添加L.plantarum K25、YW5-1和YW1-1上清液后可以降低变异链球菌合成胞外多糖的能力。5株植物乳杆菌中K25和YW5-1的自聚和共聚能力较强,并且添加了植物乳杆菌后,可以降低变异链球菌的自聚集能力。

Abstract:Intends to use the pre- screened lactic acid bacterias that can inhibit Streptococcus mutans,oral application characteristics of lactic acid bacteria that inhibiting Streptococcus mutans were studied.The study measured lysozyme,antibiotic,salts and acid tolerance of L. plantarums,measured the auto- aggregation ability and co- aggregation ability of five lactic acid bacteria( Lactobacillus plantarum,L.plantarum) K25,SKT109,YW3-2,YW5-1 and YW1-1 with S.mutans.And the infuence of L.plantarum on auto- aggregation and exopolysaccharide synthesis of Streptococcus mutans was determined. The results showed that five lactic acid bacteria have a certain tolerance for lysozyme,much higher than the concentration of lysozyme in human saliva( 1~57 μg / m L).Five lactic acid bacteria also had a certain tolerance for salts and acid.L.plantarum YW5-1 showed the best tolerance to antibiotics.Adding supernatant of L.plantarum K25,YW5-1 and YW1-1 could reduce the ability of S.mutans to synthesizing exopolysaccharide.The auto- aggregation ability and co- aggregation of YW5- 1 and K25 were best of the five Lactobacillus plantarum( L.plantarum),and after adding lactic acid bacteria,auto- aggregation ability of S. mutans could be reduced.
