激光熔覆铁基耐磨合金技术的研究进展

摘    要:激光熔覆作为一种先进的材料表面改性技术, 具有熔覆层组织性能优良、熔覆层与基体结合强度高、选材广泛、柔性加工能力好以及热影响区小等优点.本文从改进熔覆工艺和调整材料合金成分2个方面论述了近年来激光熔覆铁基耐磨合金技术的研究进展和应用情况, 指出了目前存在的问题, 并对今后的研究方向进行了展望.

Abstract:As an advanced surface modification technique, laser cladding has many advantages, such as excellent performance of the laser coating, good bonding between the coating and the substrate, more options in materials, better flexible manufacturing capacity, and smaller heat-affected zone.In this paper, the process optimization in laser cladding and the composition adjustment of the iron-based wearresistant coating were reviewed.The current problems and limitations were pointed out and the future work was also forecasted.
