摘    要:由农兽药残留所引发的食品安全问题已受到社会各界的广泛关注。生物传感器具有特异性好、检测快速,成本低等优势,在农兽药残留检测领域具有重要的应用价值。本文介绍了免疫传感器、适配传感器、酶传感器在食品中农兽药残留检测方面的应用,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Due to serious side effects in human,pesticide and veterinary drug residues in foods are one of the important issues in food safety,which have attracted a great deal of public attentions.Owing to the virtues of their specificity,fast response and low cost,biosensors play an important role in the detection of pesticide and veterinary drug residues in foods. This paper was presented as an overview of applications of immunosensors,aptasensors and enzyme sensors for the analysis of pesticide and veterinary drug residues in foods.Possible future directions were also outlined.
