羊毛织物的微波预处理及染色工艺

摘    要:采用微波技术对羊毛织物进行预处理和染色,研究了微波固色时间和固色前堆置时间对表观深度K/S值的影响.探讨了微波在水和尿素溶液中的预处理对羊毛织物面积收缩率、表观深度和表面微观结构的影响.对比分析了羊毛织物经过轧卷堆置固色、微波固色以及预处理后微波固色的固色率、匀染性、透染性、染色牢度和断裂强力和断裂仲长等性能指标.

Abstract:Microwave pretreatment and dyeing process of wool fabric was carried out.Influences on K/S value of microwave fixation time and batching time before fixation were analyzed.In addition,this paper also discussed the effects of microwave pretreatment in water and urea on area shrinkage,K/S value and surface microstructure of wool fabric.Fixation,levelness,penetrating property,dyeing fastness,breaking strength and breaking extension of wool fabric were compared among batching fixation,microwave fixation and mic...
