| 摘 要： | 本文介绍大型高炉热风炉送风和燃烧系统用，通径为１７００ｍｍ的冷风阀、煤气燃烧阀、煤气切断阀和助燃空气燃烧阀四种新型阀门的性能、结构特点和制造关键技术。特别是堆焊Ｓｔｅｌｌｉｔｅ合金不出裂纹和使用中型组合夹具元件组装大型夹具加工阀体及阀板，保证阀门制造质量的经验。

| Abstract: | The paper deals with performance,structural characteristic, technological problems of cold-air valve, gas combustion valve,gas cutting-off valve and air combustion aid valve which are used for air-feeding and combustion system of large blast furnace. We draw some useful conclusions by the practice of overlaying stellite alloy without crack fault and machining valve body and valve plate by use of large fixture made up of element parts of medium-size combined dainp. |
