摘    要:聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法是一种利用三维网络结构高分子将溶液中的离子包裹形成物理阻隔,制备纳米粉体的方法。本文采该方法成功地制备了BeO纳米粉体。热重分析、X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜的研究表明:煅烧温度为680℃,较传统煅烧温度下降140℃。采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法700℃煅烧2h制备的粉体,平均晶粒尺寸为16.5nm;升高煅烧温度,粉体粒度显著增大。900℃煅烧2h制备的粉体,平均粒径为20~30nm。

Abstract:A polyacrylamide gel route has been adopted for the preparation of beryllium oxide nanoparticles. Thermal behavior of the polyacrylamide gel and beryllium salt has been studied by means of thermogravirnetry (TGA), and the calcination temperature (680℃) of the polyacrylamide gel was achieved. The nanocrystallites of BeO particles are estimated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) investigation revealed the average particle size of BeO nanoparticles, which attainted from gel annealing at 900℃ for 2 hours, to range from 20 nm to 30 nm.
